Finding & Managing Site Assets

I.C.E. CMS makes it really easy for you to manage existing Sites, Channels, Pages, Images, Flash, Videos, Audio, Documents, Users, Components, Containers, Languages and Labels.

Browsing

To browse through exsiting items, simply select the item in the Browse drop-down. You can then page through all the items in the CMS. To increase the number of items displayed when you Browse, click on the settings icon (the gear icon) on the top right of the Admin console and change the number of items to display in Browse mode.

Editing

Select the item in the Browse drop-down and click the Edit link for the item. Once you've finished editing, click the Save button.

Deleting

Select the item in the Browse drop-down and click the Delete link for the item. Confirm by clicking Yes.

Favouriting

To add media such as Images, Flash, Videos, Audios and Documents to Pages, you need to make sure those items are available in your virtual briefcase. You add items to your virtual briefcase or remove them by  selecting the item in the Browse drop-down and clicking the Favorite icon. A gray icon means the item is not in your briefcase, a yellow icon means that item is available for use when you create new Pages or edit existing ones. 

Searching

All items in I.C.E. CMS are searchable. To search for Pages, select Page in the Search drop-down. Enter keyword and other search criteria and click Search. You can then Edit, Delete or Favorite items from the results page.
